ok, first, i'm starting to suck at posting. really. as your coach i should be out here all the time, but i'm not. my apologies for that.
as far as the actual eating goes, i haven't veered too much from the daily routine. sunday was a little off given our shopping excursion, but i did my best to bring snacks to not totally drop the ball for the day. yesterday the only snack that i didn't have was my apple. lunch with pbj and dinner was lasagna right after working out.
i think the best thing about the past 5 days or so is that i've actually gotten myself back into the gym. lifting well and running well, and i can feel my body already getting back into it. when you exercise regularly, again, your body does the work for you of remembering that you need to eat, and when it tells you to eat, you need to listen to it.
nat, i didn't see your new weight out there - post that sucker! :) ang, i soooo hope gabe gets to feeling a little better and you get some relief from playing nurse. that has to be hard, especially at the very beginning of the summer. hopefully he's better soon and you can both get back to normalcy.
last thought then i have to scram. one thing that i'm seeing is that you guys are very off and on with the snacks. as much as you possibly can, make sure that those are in your routine for the day. remember, snacking keeps your metabolism going throughout the day, thus helping you lose weight even if ur sitting at work. and obviously i want that snack to be as healthy as possible. an apple, some pretzels, part of a protein bar (you guys could start eating 1/2 a protein bar for a snack, and then the other half later as another snack - that would be pretty good).
ok - out of here for now. will talk to you guys later!
