Check me out. I know how to blog!

Food so far:

7:30 Raisin Bran & skim milk
9:00 Coffee/cream
11:30 Turkey Sandwich w/reduced fat provolone and mustard

I also brought an apple, almonds, reduced fat string cheese and sour dough pretzels for healthy-(er) snacking later.

Point taken on the exercise. I really am going to try and I think having friends monitor me will help. (you guys are awesome:)

I went to the grocery store the other night to stock up on healthy stuff, so I will continue to pack my lunch...this will probably also save money which isn't a bad thing.

I'll finish the food intake later today.

Kick ass! Next time put a subject in there and you'll be a pro ;) Good job on the packing lunch thing - something we should all do more often!
