Here is what I ate: It doesn't do well on either the number of times or quality front.
- 8:00 - Oatmeal with granola
- 12:30 - Chips and cheese and rice
- 6:00 - Margaretta and chips and salsa
I need to eat something else now. Maybe a PB&J or something equally as hard to make.
No workout today. I got home from work and feel asleep for an hour.
I know I will do better tomorrow.
