Day 3

OK, no words of wisdom at the moment, other than to say that I taught Nat how to post stuff today rather than comment. Angie, watch for the wisdom to flow your way too.

6:30 AM: Cereal
7:40 AM: Yogurt
9:15 AM: Banana
10:15 AM: EAS bar
12:00 PM: Grilled chicken, veggies, rice
2:00 PM: Oatmeal bar
5:00 PM: Zone bar
6:15 PM: Baked fish, peas, organic mac n cheese
~70 ozs of water

Hope the welt and the legs are better on both of you!

I am pretty sure that since you are our personal trainer and food coach, you should be responsible for massaging my hurt legs. Angie has a husband to do that, but I need you to step up and take one for the team. I mean really...what kind of trainer are you! =)
