So apparently it is just me on here. Since apparently I am talking to myself, I will be brief and say that I had an "ok" weekend. Given that I was back home for the weekend and went to a wedding, I am happy with my eating. I would have normally used it as an excuse to overeat, but I did a good job with moderation. Given how much Rachel and I sweated it up on the dance floor, I wouldn't be surprised if I dropped a pound this weekend.
