Back in the saddle...but worried about my posse

OK, so Nat's not happy at all with her weigh-in, and Ang goes into the doc tomorrow.  What's happening to my gang?!?!

Nat - like I told you earlier, the weigh-in, regardless of how you feel now, will help in the long-run.  I promise.   Now you have someplace from which to start, whether you like the starting point or not.  But knowing where you want to go, and being healthy doing it in the process, is the next step.  Remember, you're not doing it alone - got some good friends around to help.

Ang - good luck with everything, and keep kicking ass!!!!!!  And one day soon I'm gonna kick you out of having coffee as a meal.  Coffee is a liquid! :)  If you want a liquid meal drink a smoothie or naked juice or something like that, not coffee.

OK, this will be short because I have a slew of things to do before I leave today:
  • 7:30 AM: Cereal
  • 10:00 AM: Banana
  • 11:00 AM: EAS bar
  • 11:50 AM: Lasagna, baked lays, small brownie from Mom's house ;)
  • 2:15 PM: Apple
  • 30 ozs of water (trailing on this today)
