Its all about the Ang!

Please let me echo Mr. Briendine's sediments about Mrs. Lang. I too am more than thrilled that my partner in crime is back and healthy. I have been lost without her at work, and to have her back, and better than ever is beyond exciting. Ang, sorry I wasn't there in the office today for your return. I will be in tomorrow and am looking forward to the "Beer and Healthy Boobs Happy Hour!" Clay, you should definetly come.

I am all aligned with the nutrional label exercise. Clayton, you are right about the 2 months till LA count. It is coming up quickly and I need to continue to step up my game. It is all about looking good and feeling confident that I am hot. My concern with the label exercise is this: 95% of the things that I eat in a day don't come with labels. I eat breakfast in the cafe, lunch in the cafe or out, and dinner at home. I can calculate my snacks and dinner (most of the time), but how do I handle counting the other things that I eat. Let me know your perspective on this, and I will get right on it.

My eating for the day as alright....
English Muffin with jelly, half a yogurt with granola (the ITC cafe creaps me out, so I was hesitent to eat), iced tea
Chicken pot pie with water
Apple
Low-fat smoothie while getting my nails done
Subway turkey sandwich, cheese, pickels, black olives, tomatoes, light mayo and Sun chips.

I too am a lover of all cool quotes. I have been saving good ones since High School. I have seen the MJ commerical on tv, and loved it.
