I guess it just me posting these days

Where is my team? I got on tonight fully expecting to see posts from my two favorites. What do I see instead? My post from yesterday at the top of the page. Not good team, not good.

I will be brief and just post what I ate.

Yogurt with granola, coffee with skim milk
Great lunch at this cute place called Paula's. I never even knew about it till today, but I will defin be back. I had a cup of chicken and rice soup and a half a tuna melt sandwich. Water to drink.
Late 100 calorie snack at 5:30
It was dinner with Cincinnati's Best Dinner Club and #8 was Jo An's in Erlanger. It was the first time I was brave enough to eat sushi, so I am proud that I tried something new. Lord only knows what I actually ate but I would sum it up as: 2 cups of Saki, 2 pieces of fried calamari, some mixture of rolls, a salad with ginger dressing, and shrimp. It was very filling, and for the most part good. I am thinking that sushi is relatively good for you in terms of fat and calories, etc. Maybe I am wrong.
