Lets align on creating a FMOT with awesome stopping power!

I had to do the title just to get another PG saying in there. I was actually unaware that the marathon comment was PG at its core. I guess that is what being with the company for a year will do to you.

Anyways, much like is sounds like Ang's day was, it was a shit show in the eating. Not that I ate a ton of bad stuff, but I just didnt eat much at all. I could make a ton of excuses here, (primarily that my house that I have owned for less than a month is leaking water onton my new carpet), but no excuses. My health and looking good should be the priority. Especially when I hear that a certain person who could potentially live in a country north of here, is hitting the gym more than ever. Get it in gear Nat....LA Gear! (Ha ha...anyone remember those shoes?)

Food:
English muffin with butter and jelly, yogurt/granola/canalope combo, coffee with skim milk

I had 10 min to get to the cafe and eat...first round, turkey wrap from the cafe. I took one bite and it was so gross that I spit it out. Ran back to the cafe for a veggie burger on wheat bun with cheese, water

I realize at 6:30 that I hadnt eaten and I am still at work. On the way home I stopped at Chipotle. Not smart you are saying, but I tried to portion control it. I divided it out as soon as I got home into three servings. I ate one part of the burrito bowl and saved the rest for dinner tomorrow.

I need to get at this exercise.
