This whole packing and moving thing is counting as my exercise today. I took all my hanging clothes over to my house tonight. It took 9 trips at each house to get all the stuff up and down the stairs from the closets. I already miss my walk-in closet. Why did I buy a house that didn't have one?!?!? Anyways, I am now in the process of boxing up all my stuff. I need to be ready by 8 am when the movers get here. I can not wait to be done with this whole stupid process. It makes me wish that I never move again.
I felt like my eating was very good today. Given my 2 pound lose (which I am contributing to this hard work and dedication!) I felt energized to keep at it.
The food:
yogurt with granola, a piece of raisin toast with jelly, a big water
Mediteranin sandwhich on wheat - hummus, cumbers, cheese, tomatoes and half a bag of baked lays.
100 calorie cookie pack
Whole grain bagel with reduced fat cream cheese, apple, small ceasar salad, iced tea
