I have been bad, so my apologies.
Ang, I really hope that ur doing better. I saw your facebook profile update that said that you were still in pain, but I hope that starts to dwindle some soon. I know it's not the kind of vacation that you wanted to take from work, that's for sure, but hoping that being away from it for a little bit is helping. That always helps me :)
Nat, I knew at some point that you'd pass up cake, but never knew when that would be, and I know it had to be hard especially when it seemed to be there so often for the taking. That's good willpower and definitely proud of that. Also proud of the loss of 2 pounds for you!!!! Again, I promise you that what we're trying to do will work. I'm not sure if the 2 pounds was from anything that we did, but even if it's not, you'll start seeing more results soon!
As for me, there's no way I remember all the food that I ate this weekend. I strayed a little from the normal menu, but nothing extreme. Finally made it to the grocery store on Sat with the girls and got what we needed. Today's, anyway, has been about right:
- 7:45 AM: Cereal
- 9:00 AM: Banana
- 10:15 AM: EAS Bar
- 12:30 PM: PBJ, baked lays, swiss cake rolls
- 2:00 PM: Apple
- 3:45 PM: Oatmeal bar
- 30 ozs of water
Water's been a little low, but that should get back up there around dinner. Dinner will be a protein boost - big burger at Arthur's in Hyde Park :) Love that place.
