That is the inspiration quote of the day for you and me, Ang. You had a bad eating weekend, so you are behing a little now. But that stretch is over and the race continues on. You have 50 more days to run your best and finish strong. I weighed in this morning, and there was no change....148 it is again this week. I am living by the quote because I need to continue to make progress. 50 days to lose at least 8 pounds. I have been doing a steady jog, but I need to kick it into full gear.
My eating for the day:
Pinapple, yogurt, and granola mixture, english muffin with Promise butter (which I believe is healthier) and jelly. Water
Half an order of chips and gua (Bethany shared this with me) and a grilled chicken wrap (on wheat shell)
100 calorie pack of cookies....I opted for this instead of the beautiful cake that was in the office. (SHout out to Ang as well for passing this up). I also passed on a reese cup that my new manager had to dangle in my face. He completely disregarded the posting on my board, and when I referenced him to it, he said that if I didnt eat a daily snack with him, he wouldn't approve my travel budget for LA. What an ass! So not funny.
Iced tea
Baked potato with reduced fat sour cream, PBJ sandwhich (I need to go to the store. I have NO food in my house).
