The weekend is finally here...thanks goodness!
Food today was:
7:30 Kashi Cereal & Coffee w/ff creamer
11:30 Turkey on wheat w/lettuce & mustard
2:30 reduced fat string cheese
5:30 Wheat pasta with tomato sauce, 2 meatballs and parmesean cheese. glass of merlot
Right Now - a can of ice cold Regular Coke. It is SOOOOO good!
Nat- Congrats on your new home! I'm really happy for you. It's such a big accomplishment...it's like you're a grown up :) Now BUY A SCALE!!!
Briz- Joe is starting to get interested in the blog since I am losing weight (he said he can tell!) and I was showing him some of your meal posts. A few questions. Are Detour bars OK? He just bought a box at Sam's and he likes the way they taste, but you hear so much conflicting info...just wondered your take. Also, you mentioned oatmeal bars in a few posts. Do you mean the Quaker Oatmeal squares? Not sure if you've heard of it, but Joe does Crossfit. It's a website that posts a new workout every day. He has really transformed himself, but is looking to lose a few more pounds. He upped his cardio...not sure he could be doing more of that. My theory is that he needs more portion control until the pounds are gone...then move to maintenance. Any other suggestions?
