This one will be shorter than usual cause I just have way too much to clean up around here after being gone for the better part of a week.
Saturday's eating I don't remember much of - is that bad?!?! I had chicken salad for lunch and grilled bbq chicken with asparagus and organic mac n cheese for dinner. lots of water and not too many snacks.
Sunday's eating wasn't great either - cereal for breakfast, lean sirloin with A1 and fresh fruit at lunch, cereal as a snack, and then bbq chicken and yogurt for dinner. I have been so messed up since I left last week - crazy. Can't wait for the work week to get my eating back in order.
Ang - look forward to your posts. And Nat, no returning the house. You'll love it I promise. And yes, it's tiring work, so all ur exercise counts.
OK, back to cleaning. Will post more tomorrow.
