I'm back and I'm sorry!

I don't know what my problem is. I could give a lot of excuses, but it all boils down to the fact that I am not making this blog a priority. I'm sorry and I am really going to try harder. I just don't know why I have had such a hard time getting back on track since my surgery. Seems like it should have provided new focus but instead my head (and eating) is all over the place. I feel stressed and tired and I am counting the days until the end of the fiscal year. I don't even care where the budget comes in anymore. I just want it to be over.

I am going to weigh myself in the morning. I don't anticipate a low number, but I am hopeful that I will get my head back in the game.

Eating today:
Breakfast: 8:30 small bowl of oatmeal with splenda and a small coffee w/cream
Lunch: 11:30 Black Bean wrap (this will be my lunch every day this week b/c I pre-made them on Monday) and a small diet pepsi
3:30: Tall (small) skim caramel mocha without the whipped cream
Dinner: 7:30 small bowl of skyline chili with cheese and a glass of wine (good combo on a lot of levels, right?) You don't ever have to worry about Natalee eating fattening Skyline Chili...she hates it!

I'm watching this show called Deep Fried Paradise and some dude in Texas actually serves deep fried bacon with cream gravy for dipping at his restaurant. WTF? You might as well slit your wrists...although if you do it after eating that, the cholesterol plaque in your veins may prevent you from bleeding to death.
